"It's Alive!"

I usually split my banana bread into two pans, but I only had one that day--so the batter went in it all and this is what happened. It was as big as my head. I had to cover the edge with aluminum foil, as if I was baking a pecan pie with sensitive crust, so it wouldn't burn to badly on the cooked edges as the raw center kept rising and spilling out the top. Tonight, I made some more banana bread, but this time I put it in two pans.
